Text based instructions - Video script:
- Once you have logged in you will be taken to the Datasets home screen. 
- To view an existing dataset select it from the list presented. I will select the DFMP 19/20 Dataset
- Select the Load Dataset prompt
- I can now view this dataset. Please note that I can’t edit this data set, as stated at the top of the page.
- Using the menu on the left-hand side of the page I can select the Physical or Financial tabs
- Below each tab a series of menu items appear. If I wish to look at Fertiliser information I select the Physical tab and then the Fertiliser menu item.
- I can now view all of the information relating to this topic, from this farm in DairyBase
- By selecting a variable heading, a definition of the variable will appear, this can help with analysis and also when entering your own data into DairyBase.
- If an existing database set has been shared with you, you can access and view it in DairyBase
